But I'm not sure I would make it to the end of the recipe... I would end up eating the rum batter all on it's own! ;) I will have to try it out. Hmm, the rum and apple cider alone might be pretty tasty too. I'm not too big on rum, but I do enjoy the old standby of Cranberry vodka + Sprite/7-Up/Sierra Mist Or a Chocolate martini - 1 1/2 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur 1 1/2 shots dark creme de cacao 1/2 shot vanilla vodka 2 1/2 shots half-and-half I like the girly drinks :) The title of this post alone cracks me up.
